Located in the historic Sunnyside Farm in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Kendal at Lexington is an 85-acre Life Plan Community sponsored by the Quaker-based Kendal Development Corporation. The 96-unit, phase one of the campus consists of 38 cottage style units and a three-story U-shaped apartment building containing 42 apartments and 24 assisted living suites with a centrally located community building designed to accommodate a second phase expansion.
