After refreshing the master plan that was created in 2004 to reposition Bethany Village, the second phase includes new assisted living, additional dedicated memory care, and renovated amenity spaces including a new dining venue with a display kitchen.
The new assisted living is centrally located and interconnected with the other buildings on the campus through a unique crescent-shaped design which gave name to the new building, Assisted Living Crescent Crossing Building. The 95,500 sq ft building includes 74 resident apartments split between three neighborhoods household floors with the entry level accommodating a new formal dining area, a glassed conservatory, and outdoor dining. The Wholeness of Life Center is the jewel of the building with its auditorium and chapel that provides space for various activities and life enrichment events, as well as a catering kitchen and integrated audio visual features. Additional amenities include a new salon, recreation room, resident storage, café and movie theater.
