The Seasons at Alexandria for Baptist Life Communities of Northern Kentucky is a new Life Plan Community which includes a replacement health and wellness center. Phase I will include 168 skilled care nursing units, 50 personal care (assisted living units) and 16 personal care/memory care units.
As part of their cultural transformation, the team worked closely with the nursing staff during the planning process on operational programming to develop a functional program that both enhanced the quality of life for the residents and maximized staff efficiency.
Another unique aspect of this project is the use of the Integrated Project Delivery strategy, the first Life Plan Community to fully utilize this process. This transformational process encourages early collaboration to optimize results, increase value, reduce waste and maximize efficiency from design through to construction.
